Cora-Anne is a registered dental assistant who has worked at Springhill Dental Centre since September 2001. She has worked chair side and done reception work through the years at the office. She worked full time for many years but as of recent, she has been working part time. Most patients will remember her as the girl who hums and sings while she is working.
Cora-Anne enjoys interacting with patients of all ages. It’s very satisfying for her to see a patient leave with a smile on their face. She’s been known to make a joke or two to try and put a patient at ease.
When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her sitting in a rink or a field cheering her children on in hockey and soccer. They’re a very active family that loves camping, hiking, fishing and everything outdoors. Often you’ll find them out adventuring with their two dogs in tow.
After 16 years in the accounting field, Arlene decided to pursue her interest in the dental field. She became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2010 and since then has never looked back.
She enjoys a variety of procedures that Springhill Dental Centre offers but has special interests in oral surgery, implants and endodontics.
Arlene enjoys meeting and getting to know patients and is grateful for the opportunity to help them with their dental needs. When not working, Arlene spends her time with her husband, two teenage girls and their new addition to their family, a cockapoo puppy named Cleo. She enjoys traveling, staying fit and shopping. She looks forward to seeing you at your next dental visit.
Michelle moved to Canada from Mongolia with her husband in 1998. Michelle is a very busy mom of four, including her twin boys that keep her very active!
Canada has been such a welcoming and beautiful country. Michelle loves hiking, working out and travelling. Michelle has been with Springhill Dental for four years and loves working with such a fun, energetic team!
Sarah is a Registered Dental Assistant, originally from Fredericton, New Brunswick.
After completing her studies on the East Coast, she moved to Calgary in 2015. She has been lucky to be part of the Springhill Dental team ever since. Sarah does double duty as a dental assistant and receptionist, and enjoys the diversity it brings to her days. She loves getting to know every patient and help ensure their experience is always a great one.
When she’s not at work, she has a five year old daughter who keeps her very busy and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family and friends.
Julia, a born and raised Calgarian, is a full time dental administrator who works the front end of Springhill Dental Centre. She joined the team in 2014 and has grown into her role as treatment coordinator where she is in charge of pre-authorizations for patients as well as day to day administration duties. Working so closely with each patient that comes in the door and being able to greet everyone is one of her favourite parts of the day.
On her spare time she enjoys quality time her boyfriend, her big Italian family and her friends. Julia bring a youthful and positive attitude to the clinic and looks forward to growing more in the dental admin field.
Shelli has been lucky to be part of the team at Springhill Dental since 2014. She’s a big fan of the patients, old and new. Nothing makes her happier than helping a patient navigate the sometimes-confusing world of insurance.
With her great sense of humour, she has a great ability calming fears and usually has the patient laughing before they start their treatment which helps calm their anxiety. Answering questions and helping make treatment possible is a very rewarding part of her job. She is also grateful to work with such caring people.
Outside of Springhill Dental, Shelli and her husband Terry, spoil their two cats and spend weekends bike riding as well as cheering on their favourite football team, the Baltimore Ravens.
Jennie brings over 30 years dental experience to Springhill Dental Centre and enjoys working with such a tremendous team!
Jennie continually strives for excellence in all she does at Springhill Dental Centre and works hard to build trust will all patients. She values helping patients make informed decisions regarding their dental care. Her favourite part of the day is getting to chat with patients and hearing all the exciting news in their lives.
Jennie loves to travel, dine out and spend time outdoors with their dog, Maggie. She values quality time with her husband, grown children and granddaughter. Nothing better than Sunday family dinner with chaos, laughs and snuggles with Ava.
